Every visitor to Point Reyes Field Station must sign a liability waiver, complete and sign the UC Berkeley Point Reyes Field Station COVID-19 Safety Protocol Form, and complete the UC Berkeley Symptom Screener on a daily basis. Visitors who have already signed the Point Reyes Field Station liability waiver for a previous stay do not need to sign the waiver again. A new COVID-19 Safety Protocol Form must be completed and signed for each new project at the field station.
Liability Waivers
Waivers can either be signed and submitted electronically to Reserve Director Alan Shabel at shabel@berkeley.edu or they can printed, signed, and placed in a designated envelope at the field station during your stay. Every adult member of classes and groups must sign a group waiver signature page. Minors must have their parent or guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.
